The George Bailey Award was created by the IDEA Center for the Voices of Humanity in 2004 to honor an individual who embodies the spirit of George Bailey by consistently contributing to the lives of his/her neighbors. The Award especially seeks to recognize individuals who have not received awards previously, and without whom Seneca Falls would be a very different place. Individuals nominated must live in the Town of Seneca Falls. The Award will be presented by Karolyn Grimes on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. as part of the “It’s a Wonderful Life” Festival. Questions? Call 315-568-5838.
